It is in my estimation that Rolex is the best investment you could make in purchasing a time piece. The demand is strong and it is always quite easy to convert into currency with an appreciation of at least 15% in value from date of purchase.

However it is always good to have a few Omega watches on hand for everyday wear and tear and or traveling to places with a higher crime rate.

A Cartier, though not highly sought by some Holrologists due to its Quartz construction, does fit nicely on the wrist with a suit.

An advantage of the Cartier Tank Quartz is its precise time keeping ability and the slim diameter due to the battery composition

Crystal- The 3510.50 comes with a domed Hesalite crystal, which is an acrylic. I have to confess that this was a big concern for me before purchasing the watch. The criticism of the this material is that while it is shatterproof , it can scratch easily. However, if this occurs , a $6 tube of Polywatch will have it looking new in 1 minute of polishing. The other benefit of this material is that it is very cheap to replace if you really make a mess of it.
